Born from Stone & Salt

Originally the private coastal estate of visionary architect Elias Thorne, the property was acquired in 2018 with a singular promise: to preserve the spirit of the land. We stripped away the excess, exposing the raw travertine and cedar bones of the structure.

We believe that luxury today is defined by what is absent: noise, haste, and clutter. Aetheria was sculpted to be a vacuum for stress, allowing the natural rhythms of the ocean to reset your internal clock.
